Checklist: Task List Organization

Confirm your task list is organized correctly.

Log into Teamwork and confirm that your task list on the My Work tab is organized with the following columns:

Your Name*

Confirm the first column of your task list is labeled Task Name Confirm the second column is labeled Task List Confirm the third column is Project Name Confirm the fourth column is Client/Company Confirm the fifth column is Due Date, and that Due Date is in blue with an up arrow, indicating your list is organized by due date. Confirm the sixth column is Estimated Time Confirm the seventh column is Priority Order. Note that this column can be toggled off for account team members. It is utilized by the support team for daily prioritization of tasks. Confirm that you are comfortable with accessing your task list.
