What to Expect: Day 1

We’re excited you’re here (prepare to hear that, a lot!)

One of our core values at Jairus is Dedicated to the Team, and our commitment to that is reflected in our onboarding process for new team members. To ensure you’re set up for success in your new role at Jairus, we’ve developed a robust onboarding process that includes insights into the MedTech industry and our marketing model, as well as training on the processes and platforms we use to execute client work.

Our onboarding includes independent virtual resource review, live training and on-the-job shadowing, as well as collaboration and coaching with other team members.

Here’s what to expect from your first day with us.

Day 1: Key Meetings

You’ll find these meetings on the Google calendar tied to your Jairus email account.

Every day at Jairus begins with our Daily Check-In, a video call through Google Meet with the entire team. The call is at 8:30 a.m. Central each day. We’ll do a brief intro of you to the team, and you’ll have more time to get to know everyone through small-group meet-and-greets later in the week.

Join COO Callie and Project Manager Chloe Youn for an overview of Jairus and what to expect from your onboarding and training.

Meet with our Human Resources Director to review key documentation, such as payroll and benefits, and ask any HR-related questions.

Join Project Manager Chloe for an overview of Teamwork following your Teamwork module completion. This is a chance to ask follow-up questions and dig deeper into Teamwork once you’ve completed your initial training.

Depending on your role, you’ll have a 1:1 meet-and-greet with the team member(s) you’ll be working most closely with (for example, your Account Director or your supervisor). This is just an opportunity to get to know each other a bit better.
